The identity of the young skateboarder who died in a tragic accident Friday in the center of ski of the Mont-Lac-Vert in Hébertville, is now known. This is Maxime Côté-Girard, 22 years of age and a native of Alma.
The young man has suffered injuries that were fatal during a jump in the snow park of Mont-Lac-Vert, a little before 13h on Friday. According to the records of the police, the victim was not wearing a helmet.
The Sûreté du Québec was called to the scene of the accident.
