The real estate market is growing slowly in Saguenay as to Alma. During the first 10 months of 2018, the number of sales of single-family homes has increased slightly, their median price is relatively stable, but the homes are selling for slightly under the reference price established by the assessment roll.
JLR Solutions property has made the portrait real estate in major cities in Quebec. In the region, the data relating to Saguenay and Alma were analyzed.
In Saguenay, 1064 single-family homes were sold between the months of January to October 2018, an increase of 4 % compared to the same period in 2017. This is only the second time since 2013 that an increase in the number of transactions recorded during the first 10 months of the year.
Their median sales price was $ 185 $ 500, during the first ten months of the year 2018, an amount comparable to the prices to the same period in the previous year, as well as those recorded five years ago.

To Alma, the median sales price of single family homes was $ 165 000 $ during the first 10 months of the year 2018. This is an increase of 2 % compared with the same period last year. The single-family homes, however, were sold on average at a price 4 % below the reference price established for the role devaluation of land of 2016-2018.
